Welcome to The Zuve. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and digital services. By engaging with The Zuve, you agree to these terms.

1. General Services

The Zuve provides premium digital services including Custom SaaS development, AI automation, Google & Meta Ads management, SEO, and enterprise software engineering. All service agreements are detailed in individual statements of work (SOW) or digital invoices.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made as per the schedule outlined in the project invoice or pricing package. We process payments via Razorpay and other secure gateways. Failure to remit payment may result in the suspension of digital services, ad campaigns, or server hosting.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment for custom development services, intellectual property rights to the final code, designs, and copy are transferred to the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pre-existing frameworks or AI models utilized by The Zuve remain the property of The Zuve or their respective owners.

4. Revisions and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates. We strive for excellence and provide a specified number of revisions per phase (typically 2). Additional revisions or "scope creep" will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Zuve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
